3. Collateral Materials.
Collateral materials should include a) specific expired letters; b) a postcard campaign to last the entire 14 days (& beyond if necessary) and should arrive almost every day!
You will also want an expired book (booklet) for your prospective seller. The booklet will include tips on selling, your background and experience (or company if you are a rookie), your marketing plan, testimonials and an offer or Call to Action!
