4. Scripts and Dialogues that work for you.

You’ve got all of the collateral material ready and have your list – now what will you be doing?

You NEED TO KNOW your scripts and dialogs. What do you say on the initial call that will set you apart from everyone else! You know that you’ll have other agents calling as well!!! What do you say at your initial meeting? “How” do you follow up and what do you say on the follow up calls? Make sure that you are fluent in scripts and dialogues – they will get you in the door and help you convert the sellers to becoming your clients! Get your scripts and practice them with a friend, partner or co–worker. Even better – record your training and evaluate your techniques and skill levels!
